When saving, also save the ID and Description info

Suggestion 1.
Before saving the file, it would be nice to maintain all of the ID and Description to a separate dedicated file extension. This would be a big time saver so if you ever need to go back and make some updates or corrections by just selecting the particular ID.

Suggestion 2,
Save all your personal preferences as default a head of time such as colors, fonts, lines etc. before you start editing a file.

This is a great program and thanks for making it free.
